"We were able to dine twice at Kalispera and both times were wonderful and soo delicious. We were greeted warmly, had very attentive table service and received assistance from the owner/chef with our meal selections. Both times that we dined we went a bit off menu as we talked with the chef and described what we were looking for and then left it up to him. What a great choice! We had grilled fish on our first visit, it was expertly cooked. Our second visit, I had Linguine and clams, my husband had the seafood gratin. Neither one of us had a gratin before , it was decadently delicious. Both dishes, we could eat again and again. The starters before our meals were so fun because of the choices of tasty treats. The drink and wine menu is large. Here again, the owner assisted on a selection of a bottle of white wine. It was local to Tunisia and it was a perfect selection to have with our dishes. The atmosphere at Kalispera is so relaxing as you have beautiful views of the water and the soft music in the background makes for just a really enjoyable evening. We would go back to Kalispera every time. Highly recommend on all fronts: atmosphere, food, drink, service."

We had two fabulous evening meals at Kalispera. This review applies to both occasions. Everything about this wonderful establishment was consistent. The seaside view is breath taking. The atmosphere is lively with international guests enjoying their meals. We enjoy fine dining and definitely enjoyed the value of great pricing. Ultimately, we had four entres with each delicious and delightful. The best part was each staff member’s authentic pride and happiness providing the best dining experience. I can always tell when a well run establishment cares for the employees by their behavior to each other. The staff truly enjoy each other as well as engaging with the customer. The proprietor, Wassim, obviously loves his business and enthusiastically enjoys his customers. BRAVO!! Well done. Highly recommend Kalispera to all visitors of Tunisia."
